Nishel Badiani
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Nishel Badiani is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pro AZ Properties LP, a real estate investment firm based in Chandler, Arizona. He founded the company in 2012 with his business partner Adam Tunc.
Nishel began his career in 2005 after earning his Arizona real estate license, helping clients buy and sell residential properties. In 2009, he recognized that the Great Financial Crisis and the wave of foreclosures that followed presented a rare opportunity. Starting with limited capital, he used private money loans to fund his first acquisitions. Together, Nishel and Adam went on to acquire approximately 400 properties across Arizona and Florida.
Today, Pro AZ owns and manages a diversified commercial and residential portfolio across the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, including retail, medical office, flex, and residential properties. The firm also holds international investments through Metropolitan Real Estate PLC in Ethiopia. Nishel holds real estate licenses in Arizona and Florida and serves on the Strategic Advisory Board of WHEN Enterprises. He earned a B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University.
Nishel is committed to continuous learning and has studied under respected mentors and coaches. Outside of work, he trains in martial arts and maintains a daily practice of exercise and meditation. He has volunteered with several charitable organizations and looks forward to expanding his involvement in meaningful causes.
Adam Tunc
Co-Founder
Adam Tunc has always had a passion for business and real estate. Born in Turkey, he earned his degree in Economics and launched his first business there before moving to the United States in 2000 to pursue opportunities in real estate. He earned his Arizona real estate license in 2003, quickly built a wide network, and began helping clients buy and sell homes. He went on to complete an MBA in Finance in 2008.
When the Phoenix housing market collapsed in 2007, falling values, rising unemployment, and widespread foreclosures left many people fearful for their financial futures. Adam saw opportunity instead. Beginning in 2008, with virtually no capital of his own, he used hard money loans and funds from private investors to buy distressed homes at a discount, renovate them, and resell them.
In 2012, Adam co-founded Pro AZ Properties LP with Nishel Badiani. Together they acquired approximately 400 properties across Arizona and Florida and built the diversified commercial and residential portfolio the firm manages today.
Adam also serves as President of Metropolitan Real Estate PLC, an international real estate development company based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
